步驟
Cut the lotus root in half lengthwise, then slice thinly into half-moon shapes. Soak in water briefly and drain lightly.
Place the lotus root in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Drain and let cool slightly.
In a bowl, mix the concentrated soy sauce, sesame oil, and grated ginger. Add the lotus root and mix well. Let it sit for 10 minutes to absorb flavors.
