- 150g sliced lotus root
- 100g frozen edamame
Condiments
- 20g mentaiko
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
步驟
Slice the lotus root and place it in a microwave-safe container. Add enough water to cover and 1 tbsp vinegar. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes. Drain and let cool.
Place frozen edamame in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute 30 seconds. Remove beans from pods.
Extract the contents of the mentaiko by cutting it open. In a bowl, combine lotus root, edamame, mentaiko, and mayonnaise. Mix well.
