- 500g pancake mix
- 🥛 1 cup milk
- 🥕 2/3 carrot, shredded
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
步驟
Sift the pancake mix into a large bowl to aerate the flour for a fluffier texture.
Shred the carrot finely using a grater or knife.
Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them together with the milk.
Combine the sifted pancake mix, shredded carrot, cinnamon powder, and egg mixture in a large bowl.
Prepare the rice cooker by wiping the inner pot with a towel dipped in oil.
Pour the batter into the rice cooker pot and tap it gently to remove air bubbles.
Set the rice cooker to the 'steam' function and cook for 40 minutes. After steaming, leave the cake on 'warm' for an additional 10 minutes.
Invert the rice cooker pot onto a plate to release the cake. Optionally, sprinkle powdered sugar for decoration.
