Main Ingredients
- 600g radish, sliced 1cm thick
- 150g canned tuna
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thickly sliced
- 1/2 stalk green onion, diagonally sliced
- 2 cups kelp stock
- A pinch of sesame seeds
Seasoning Ingredients
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp doenjang (fermented soybean paste)
- 1 tbsp red pepper powder
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- A pinch of black pepper
步驟

Slice the radish into 1cm thick pieces.

Slice the onion thickly and diagonally slice the green onion.

Mix all seasoning ingredients in a bowl.

Layer the radish in a pot, add kelp stock and the seasoning mixture, and bring to a boil.

Once the radish is partially cooked, add onion, green onion, and canned tuna. Continue to cook.

Simmer until the liquid reduces and sprinkle sesame seeds before serving.
