- 🥬 1/3 head cabbage

- 800ml rice water

- 1 tbsp miso paste
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic

Wash the cabbage thoroughly and tear 1/3 head into bite-sized pieces.

Pour 800ml of rice water (preferably the third rinse water) into a pot and bring it to a boil.

Add 1/2 tbsp minced garlic and 1 tbsp miso paste to the boiling water, stirring until dissolved.

Continue boiling on high heat until the cabbage is tender and the flavors are well combined.
