Main Ingredients
- 2 cups dried pollock
- 🥔 2 medium potatoes, diced
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp perilla oil
- 🧅 Chopped green onion to taste
- 🧂 Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
步驟
Add dried pollock to a pot with a small amount of water and 1 tbsp perilla oil.
Bring the pot to a boil over high heat, then reduce to medium heat and simmer.
Simmer for about 20 minutes until the broth turns milky white.
Add diced potatoes and enough water to cover them. Cook until the potatoes are tender.
Add 1 tbsp minced garlic and 2 tbsp soy sauce to the pot.
Simmer briefly, then season with salt to taste.
Finish by adding chopped green onion and a dash of black pepper.
