Vegetables
- 80g konjac (pre-treated)
- 🥕 50g carrot
- 🍄 2 shiitake mushrooms
- 70g komatsuna (Japanese mustard spinach)
Liquid
- 💧 400ml water
Seasoning
- 1/3 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 1.5 tbsp miso paste
- 🌰 2 tbsp ground white sesame seeds
步驟

Cut konjac, carrot, shiitake mushrooms, and komatsuna into bite-sized pieces.

Bring 400ml water to a boil in a pot and add dashi powder.

Add konjac, carrot, and shiitake mushrooms to the pot and simmer for 5 minutes.

Add komatsuna and cook for another 2 minutes.

Turn off the heat and dissolve miso paste into the soup.

Sprinkle ground white sesame seeds on top before serving.
