- 🍗 150g chicken thigh (cut for frying)
Vegetables
- 250g cut vegetables (for stew)
- 🍅 200g canned tomatoes
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- Flour as needed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
- 1/2 tsp consomme
- 🧄 Pinch of grated garlic
- 💧 80ml water
