Fish
- 🐟 2 fillets mackerel
Vegetables
- 🥔 1 potato, sliced thinly
- 🥦 1/4 head broccoli, separated into florets
Seasonings
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
- 1 chili, deseeded
- 1 tsp consomme powder
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Oil
- 4 tbsp olive oil
步驟
Cut the potato into thin slices and soak in water. Cut the mackerel into halves. Separate broccoli into small florets. Remove the stem and seeds from the chili.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-low heat and add the potato slices. Cover the pan and cook for about 2 minutes.
Add grated garlic, chili, and mackerel to the pan. Cook until the mackerel is browned, then flip and cover the pan. Reduce heat to low and cook for 5 minutes.
Uncover the pan and add broccoli. Stir-fry for about 2 minutes, then season with consomme powder, salt, and pepper. Serve on a plate and drizzle the remaining olive oil from the pan over the dish.
