Cut the potato into bite-sized pieces and soak in water. Drain and place in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Drain excess water.

Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the potato and cook until the surface is golden brown. Add the saba canned fish and stir-fry over medium heat until the moisture evaporates. Add the seasonings (☆) and mix well.
