- 🍝 200g spaghetti
Canned Fish
- 1 can (190g) saba miso canned
Vegetables
- 50g maitake mushrooms
- 100g komatsuna (1/2 bunch)
Seasoning
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp sliced red chili
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
步驟
Break maitake mushrooms into bite-sized pieces. Trim the root of komatsuna and cut into 3cm pieces. Mince garlic after removing its core.
Heat olive oil, garlic, and red chili in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant. Add maitake and komatsuna, stir-fry over medium heat until softened. Add saba canned (including its juice) and stir-fry for 1–2 minutes.
Boil water in a pot, add salt (not listed in ingredients) and spaghetti. Cook according to package instructions, then drain.
Add cooked spaghetti to the frying pan and mix well with the sauce. Season with salt and pepper, then toss briefly.
