- 1/2 red bell pepper

- 2 tsp grain mustard

Remove the stem and seeds from the red bell pepper and cut into 1cm squares.

In a bowl, mix lemon juice, grain mustard, and a pinch of salt.

Add the canned saba fish, keeping half of the can liquid, into the bowl. Add the bell pepper and mix thoroughly. Serve on a plate.
