Fish
- 🐟 280g mackerel fillet
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Breading
- Sufficient amount of flour
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
- Sufficient amount of breadcrumbs
Cooking Oil
- Sufficient amount of vegetable oil
Garnish
- 🍋 2 lemon wedges
Curry Sauce
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp curry powder
- Pinch of chopped parsley
步驟
Cut the mackerel into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper. Coat each piece in flour, then beaten egg, and finally breadcrumbs.
Mix mayonnaise, curry powder, and chopped parsley in a bowl to prepare the curry sauce.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan to 170°C (about 1cm depth). Fry the breaded mackerel pieces, turning occasionally, until golden brown.
Serve the fried mackerel on a plate, accompanied by curry sauce and lemon wedges.
