步驟
Remove bones from mackerel fillets and cut into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper, let sit for 5 minutes, then pat dry and coat with flour.
Chop green onions into small pieces. In a bowl, mix eggs and green onions, then coat the mackerel pieces in the egg mixture.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the mackerel and remaining egg mixture, cook until both sides are golden brown and cooked through. Serve with ketchup.
