- 2 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce

Remove bones from the mackerel, scrape the flesh with a spoon, and chop finely with a knife.

Finely chop the onion, carrot, and ginger.
