- 🐟 2 fillets of fresh salmon
- 🥬 50g arugula
- 2 tbsp salad oil
Nanban Sauce
- 1 piece ginger, julienned
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 💧 50ml water
步驟

Cut the arugula into bite-sized pieces and trim the roots. Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces and coat with potato starch.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the salmon and cook until browned. Flip and cook until fully done, then remove.

Mix all Nanban sauce ingredients in a bowl.

Place the cooked salmon and arugula in the bowl with the sauce. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
