Main Ingredients
- 🐟 80g sashimi-grade salmon
- 🥑 1/2 avocado
- 🥬 1/2 stalk celery
- 🍋 1 tsp lemon juice
- 🧂 Pinch of black pepper
Dressing
- 🥛 3 tbsp plain yogurt
- 1 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt

Remove the strings from the celery and cut it into 1cm cubes. Peel and pit the avocado, then cut it into 1cm cubes. Place both in a bowl and toss with lemon juice.

Cut the salmon into 1cm cubes.

In a bowl, mix the yogurt, mayonnaise, and salt. Add the celery, avocado, and salmon, and gently mix to combine.

Serve on a plate and sprinkle with black pepper.
