Main
- 🐟 2 fillets of fresh salmon
- 🥦 1/2 head of cauliflower
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 1 king oyster mushroom (70g)
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Liquid
- 🥛 200ml milk
- 2 tsp chicken broth powder
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 💧 200ml water
Thickener
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 💧 2 tbsp water
Garnish
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
步驟
Separate cauliflower into small florets. Slice king oyster mushroom and onion into bite-sized pieces.
Cut salmon into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, and coat with flour.
Heat half the sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook salmon until golden on both sides, then remove.
In the same pan, heat remaining sesame oil and sauté cauliflower, mushroom, and onion until coated with oil. Add chicken broth, salt, water, and salmon. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add milk and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Stir in cornstarch slurry to thicken. Serve garnished with green onion.
