Main Ingredients
- 🐟 2 fillets of fresh salmon
- 🍅 16 cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 stalk celery
- 2 sprigs cilantro
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
- Flour as needed
Sauce Ingredients
- 1 red chili, sliced
- 1 1/2 tbsp fish sauce
- 🍋 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 🍯 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp sake
步驟
Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then lightly coat with flour.
Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
Add salmon fillets to the pan and cook until golden brown on both sides.
In a separate bowl, mix fish sauce, lemon juice, honey, water, sake, and sliced red chili to create the sauce.
Pour the sauce into the pan with the salmon and simmer until slightly thickened.
Add cherry tomatoes and celery to the pan, cooking until softened.
Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve warm.
