Trim the root of kaiware sprouts and cut them in half. Slice the lemon thinly.

Place 1/8 portion of cream cheese and kaiware sprouts on each slice of smoked salmon. Roll from the edge and secure with a toothpick.

Top each pincho with a slice of lemon and drizzle olive oil over them.
