Pasta
- 🍝 160g spaghetti
Protein
- 🐟 60g smoked salmon
- 🧡 2 tbsp ikura
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
Dairy
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 🥛 300ml milk
Seasoning
- 1.5 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- A dash of pepper
步驟
Slice the onion thinly.
Cut the smoked salmon into 2cm wide strips.
Heat butter in a pan and sauté the onion over medium-low heat until softened.
Add flour to the pan and stir until the flour is cooked. Gradually add milk while stirring until the sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper.
Boil water in a pot, add salt, and cook spaghetti 1 minute less than the package instructions. Drain the water.
Heat the sauce over low heat until bubbling. Add spaghetti and smoked salmon, mixing well. Plate and top with ikura.
