Main Ingredients
- 🐟 2 fillets of fresh salmon
- 🍄 1 pack (100g) maitake mushrooms
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 🌱 Chopped green onion, as needed
Sesame Mayo Sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp miso
- 🌾 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
步驟
Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Break the maitake mushrooms into bite-sized pieces. Thinly slice the onion against the grain.
In a bowl, mix all the sesame mayo sauce ingredients (mirin, miso, sesame seeds, and mayonnaise) until well combined.
Place half the onion, maitake mushrooms, and salmon on a sheet of aluminum foil. Drizzle half the sesame mayo sauce over the ingredients and wrap tightly. Repeat to make two foil packets.
Place the foil packets in a frying pan. Add enough water to the pan to reach about 1 cm depth. Cover with a lid and steam over medium-low heat for about 10 minutes.
Transfer the foil packets to plates, open carefully, and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
