Fish
- 🐟 4 fillets of fresh salmon
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/3 onion
- 🍄 100g shimeji mushrooms
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- A pinch of pepper
Dairy
- 🧈 5g butter
- 🥛 1/2 cup heavy cream
Herbs
- Dry parsley to taste
Liquids
- 1 tbsp white wine
步驟
Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
Heat butter in a pan over medium heat and sauté the onion until translucent.
Add the shimeji mushrooms and cook until softened.
Place the salmon fillets in the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Pour in the white wine and let it simmer for 1 minute.
Add the heavy cream and stir gently to combine. Cook for another 5 minutes.
Sprinkle dry parsley on top before serving.
