- 🐟 200g salmon fillets
Vegetables
- 🥬 200g spinach
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Dry Ingredients
- Enough flour for coating
- 1 tbsp flour

- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 🥛 200ml milk

步驟
Cut salmon fillets into 4 pieces and season with salt and pepper. Lightly coat with flour.
Cut spinach into 3cm pieces, microwave in a covered container for 2 minutes at 600W, then rinse and drain.
Heat butter in a pan over medium-low heat, add salmon, and cook until browned on both sides and fully cooked.
Add spinach to the pan and sauté for 1–2 minutes over medium-low heat.
Sprinkle flour into the pan and stir until no dry flour remains. Add milk and salt, then simmer on low heat for 3–4 minutes until thickened.
