Pasta
- 🍝 200g spaghetti
Fish
- 🐟 1 fillet (100g) salted salmon
Vegetables
- 🥬 150g spinach
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
Seasoning
- 🧂 2 tsp salt for boiling water
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
- Pinch of coarse black pepper
Oil
- 2 tbsp olive oil
步驟
Boil water in a large pot, add 2 tsp salt, and cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add the salmon fillet to the pan and cook until fully cooked. Remove and flake into small pieces.
Add spinach to the pan and sauté until wilted.
Combine cooked spaghetti, salmon, and spinach in the pan. Add soy sauce, salt, pepper, and coarse black pepper. Mix well.
Serve the pasta hot and garnish with additional coarse black pepper if desired.
