- 🥬 200g spinach

- 30g sour cream

- Breadcrumbs as needed

步驟
Wash the spinach, wrap it in plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute 30–40 seconds.
Rinse the spinach under cold water, squeeze out excess moisture, trim the roots, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, spread sour cream over them, place half of the spinach on one fillet, and cover with the other fillet.
Coat the salmon sandwich in flour, then beaten egg, and finally breadcrumbs. Fry in 170°C oil until golden brown.
