Main Ingredients
- 🐟 120g salmon fillet
- 🍲 150g firm tofu
- 80g kimchi
- 🧅 1/4 stalk green onion, sliced
Seasonings
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
Soup Base
- 💧 400ml water
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
步驟
Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces. Sprinkle both sides with salt and let sit for 5 minutes. Pat dry to remove excess moisture.
Slice the green onion diagonally into thin pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat. Add the salmon and cook until browned on both sides. Add the green onion and kimchi, and stir-fry briefly.
Add the soup base ingredients (water, sake, soy sauce, chicken stock powder) and stir. Break the tofu into large chunks with your hands and add to the pot. Cover and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
