- 🐟 150g sashimi-grade salmon
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion (100g), sliced
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper (75g), sliced
Oil
- 1 tsp olive oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Herb Salt
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 🌿 1/2 tsp dried basil
步驟
Slice the salmon into thin pieces and arrange them on a plate.
Thinly slice the onion and yellow bell pepper, then mix them together.
In a small bowl, combine olive oil, sugar, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt and pepper to make the marinade.
Pour the marinade over the vegetables and let them sit for 10 minutes.
