步驟
Wrap the frozen salmon in plastic wrap and place it on a tray. Leave it in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours to defrost. Pat dry with kitchen paper.
Remove the plastic wrap and place the salmon in a large plastic bag, sealing it tightly after removing air. Submerge the bag in a bowl of running water for 10–15 minutes until defrosted. Pat dry with kitchen paper.
Place the salmon on a microwave-safe plate, ensuring the pieces do not overlap. Cover with plastic wrap and use the microwave's defrost setting for 2–3 minutes. Pat dry with kitchen paper.
