Main Ingredients
- 🐟 40g salmon flakes
- 🥔 2 medium potatoes (300g)
- 🥛 100cc milk
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 🧀 1 tbsp grated cheese
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
Spinach Sauté
- 🥬 200g spinach
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🌽 2 tbsp canned corn
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
步驟
Cut potatoes into bite-sized pieces and soak in water. Drain. Cut spinach into manageable pieces and slice onion thinly.
Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté onion until soft, then add spinach and corn. Season with salt and pepper. Spread mixture in a baking dish.
Boil potatoes in water until tender (7–8 minutes). Drain and return to the pot. Heat on low to evaporate moisture, then mash until smooth.
Mix milk into mashed potatoes and heat on low for 2–3 minutes. Add salmon flakes, butter, and salt, stirring to combine.
Layer mashed potato mixture over spinach sauté in the baking dish. Flatten and create a grid pattern with a skewer. Sprinkle grated cheese on top and bake in a toaster oven for 5–10 minutes until golden.
