食材
Tofu
- 350g firm tofu
Fish
- 3 tbsp salmon flakes
Condiments
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- Pinch of salt and pepper
Seaweed
- Seaweed as needed
Coating
- Flour as needed
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
- Breadcrumbs as needed
Oil
- Salad oil as needed
步驟
Wrap tofu in kitchen paper and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Place tofu on a paper-lined strainer and let it sit for 30 minutes to drain water.
Slice the drained tofu into approximately 5mm thick pieces.
In a bowl, mix salmon flakes, mayonnaise, and soy sauce until well combined.
Place tofu slices on kitchen paper and dust with flour. Add the salmon mixture on top.
Sandwich the tofu slices, wrap with seaweed, and season with salt and pepper.
Coat the tofu sandwiches evenly with flour, then dip in beaten egg, and finally cover with breadcrumbs.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan to 180°C and fry the tofu sandwiches until golden brown. Serve hot.
