Salmon Nori Fry
- 🐟 2 fillets of fresh salmon
- 🍙 6 strips of nori (2cm wide)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
Asparagus Mayo Stir-fry
- 🥦 2 stalks of asparagus, sliced diagonally
- 🥓 1 slice of bacon, chopped
- 1/4 tsp soy sauce
- 🥪 1/4 tsp mayonnaise
- 2 pinches of bonito flakes
步驟
Cut the salmon into thirds. Mix soy sauce, sake, and mirin in a bowl, then marinate the salmon for 10 minutes. Pat dry and wrap each piece with nori.
Mix soy sauce, mayonnaise, and bonito flakes in a separate bowl.
Line a frying pan with foil, folding the center into a 2cm ridge. Place asparagus and bacon on one side, and the salmon on the other.
Cover and cook on medium heat for 2 minutes. Flip the salmon and sprinkle 1 tsp water over the asparagus and bacon. Cover and cook for another minute.
Add the sauce to the asparagus and bacon, stir well, and remove from the pan. Cook the salmon until done, then add a bit of the marinade and coat evenly.
Let everything cool before packing into a bento box.
