Fish
- 🐟 2 fillets salmon
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Vegetables
- 100g lotus root
- 🥦 1/2 head broccoli
Seasoning
- Potato starch as needed
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
- Sliced chili as needed
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Sauce
- 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp black vinegar
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
步驟
Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, cut into thirds, and coat with potato starch.
Slice the lotus root into 5mm pieces and soak in water to remove excess starch. Crush the garlic clove. Separate the broccoli into small florets and microwave with 1 tbsp water for 1 minute at 600W.
Heat sesame oil and garlic in a pan over low heat until fragrant. Add salmon, lotus root, and chili, cooking over medium heat for about 3 minutes until browned.
Add the broccoli and stir-fry briefly. Pour in the sauce mixture and cook until everything is well-coated.
