- 🐟 200g salmon fillet
Coating
- Potato starch as needed

Marinade
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce

Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces. Mix the marinade ingredients in a bowl and coat the salmon. Let it sit for 10 minutes.

Pat the salmon dry with kitchen paper and coat it with potato starch.

Heat salad oil to 170°C in a pot (2–3 cm depth). Fry the salmon until golden and cooked through. Serve with lemon.
