- 🐟 2 fillets of fresh salmon
- Enough flour for coating
- 1 tsp salad oil
Mustard Sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp grain mustard
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
Side Dish
- 🥬 2–3 leaves of shredded cabbage
- 🧂 A pinch of salt

Coat the salmon fillets with flour evenly.

Heat 1 tsp of salad oil in a pan and pan-fry the salmon until crispy and golden brown.

Mix grain mustard, soy sauce, sake, and sugar to create the mustard sauce.

Pour the mustard sauce over the salmon in the pan and simmer for 1–2 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Serve the salmon with shredded cabbage seasoned with a pinch of salt.
