- 🐟 160g salmon fillet
Tofu
- 🧈 150g firm tofu
Vegetables
- 🥬 1 lettuce leaf (30g)

- 1/2 tbsp ponzu sauce
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp potato starch
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
