- 🐟 200g salmon fillets
Vegetables
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Oil
- Salad oil, as needed
Mentaiko Mayo
- 40g mentaiko
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
步驟
Cut open the mentaiko and extract the contents. Mix the mentaiko with mayonnaise in a bowl to create mentaiko mayo.
Pat the salmon fillets dry with kitchen paper and remove any bones. Cut each fillet in half.
Line a toaster tray with aluminum foil and brush with salad oil. Place the salmon fillets on the tray and evenly spread the mentaiko mayo on top. Bake in the toaster for 7–10 minutes until cooked through. Garnish with chopped green onion before serving.
