Place half of the potato slices, salmon, and green beans on a sheet of aluminum foil. Spread half the miso sauce over the salmon. Fold the foil to seal. Repeat for the second portion.

Bake in a toaster oven for 15 minutes until the salmon is cooked through. Open the foil, add mayonnaise evenly, and bake uncovered for another 5 minutes until golden.
