Main
- 🐟 1 fillet salmon (about 100g)
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 🍋 1 wedge of lemon
- 2 shishito peppers
- As needed olive oil
Coating
- ⚪ 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
- ⚫ 1 tbsp black sesame seeds
步驟
Season the salmon fillet with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Mix the white and black sesame seeds in a shallow dish.
Press the salmon fillet into the sesame seed mixture to coat evenly on both sides.
Heat a pan over medium heat and add a small amount of olive oil.
Cook the salmon fillet for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
In the same pan, quickly sauté the shishito peppers until slightly blistered.
Serve the sesame-crusted salmon with the sautéed shishito peppers and a wedge of lemon on the side.
