Meat
- 300g pork belly block
Eggs
- 🥚 2 soft-boiled eggs
Vegetables
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
- 1 piece ginger
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion (green part)
- 🧅 To taste chopped green onion for garnish
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 600cc water
步驟
Cut the garlic into halves and ginger into quarters.
Place pork belly and water in a pot over medium heat. Once boiling, skim off scum and add green onion (green part) and ginger. Cover and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.
Turn off the heat, remove green onion, ginger, and pork belly. Cut pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
Return pork belly to the pot, add garlic, salt, and mirin. Cover and simmer on low heat for another 30 minutes.
Add soft-boiled eggs and simmer for an additional 2–3 minutes.
