- 200g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 4 stalks asparagus (80g)
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
步驟
Peel the bottom half of the asparagus stalks.
Wrap each asparagus stalk with 1/4 of the pork belly slices, making 4 rolls.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the rolls seam-side down and cook, rolling occasionally, until the pork changes color. Remove excess fat, cover, and steam on low heat for 2–3 minutes until fully cooked.
Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, salt, pepper, garlic) to the pan and coat the rolls evenly.
