Fish
- 🐟 1 fillet mackerel
Seasoning
- 🧂 Salt to taste
Vegetables
- 150g grated daikon
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
步驟
Grate the daikon and lightly squeeze out excess water.
Make shallow cuts on the skin side of the mackerel fillet, about 2cm apart. Sprinkle lightly with salt and let it rest for 10–15 minutes. Pat dry with kitchen paper and sprinkle salt again.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the mackerel skin-side down and cook for 4–5 minutes until the skin is crispy and golden.
Flip the mackerel and cook on low heat for another 4–5 minutes.
Plate the mackerel and serve with the grated daikon.
