- 1 tbsp salted kombu
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise

Peel the carrot, remove the stem, and slice thinly at an angle. Then cut into thin strips. Place in a bowl, add salt, and massage lightly. Let sit for 10 minutes until softened. Squeeze out excess water.
