Cookie Ingredients
- 66g all-purpose flour
- 9g cocoa powder
- 3g baking powder
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- 160g dark chocolate
- 🧈 40g unsalted butter
- 🥚 70g eggs
- 🧂 70g sugar
- 65g brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 60g chocolate chips
- 🧂 A small amount of salt
步驟
Melt the chocolate and butter completely in a bowl using a double boiler.
In another bowl, mix eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract using a hand mixer.
Add the melted chocolate to the egg mixture and mix on low speed.
Sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt, then fold into the mixture.
Add chocolate chips and mix until evenly distributed.
Scoop the dough using an ice cream scoop and place on a baking tray.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 12–14 minutes.
Sprinkle a small amount of salt on the cookies after baking, cool on the tray for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
