- 🐟 2 fillets salted mackerel (240g)
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion (100g), chopped
- 🥕 1/2 carrot (75g), chopped
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger

Remove bones from salted mackerel and scrape the flesh with a spoon.

Chop onion and carrot into small pieces.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add mackerel and stir-fry while breaking it apart. Add carrot and onion, cook until softened, then add the seasoning mixture and stir-fry until the liquid evaporates.
