Fish
- 🐟 2 fillets salted mackerel (170g)
Vegetables
- 2 bell peppers
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🍬 1/3 tsp sugar
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- Pinch of pepper
- nutshell 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
步驟
Cut the bell peppers in half, remove the stems and seeds, and slice into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the salted mackerel into bite-sized pieces.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the bell peppers, and sauté briefly. Remove from the pan.
In the same pan, place the salted mackerel skin-side down and cook over medium heat until browned. Flip the fish, brush with the seasoning mixture, and cook for 2–3 minutes until the fish is cooked through.
Plate the cooked mackerel and garnish with the sautéed bell peppers.
