- 2 salted pollack roe
- 🧈 1/4 block tofu
- 🥒 1/3 zucchini
- Some radish slices
Broth & Seasoning
- 2 cups kombu broth
- 🧅 A small amount of green onion
- 🧄 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp shrimp paste
- A small amount of sesame oil

Chop the salted pollack roe into small pieces.

Cut tofu into small flat pieces, slice zucchini into thin half-moon shapes, and slice radish thinly.

Boil radish slices in kombu broth, then add zucchini and tofu once boiling.

Season with pollack roe, garlic, soy sauce, and shrimp paste. Add green onion and sesame oil, then bring to a boil again.
