Main Ingredients
- 🐟 2 pieces salted salmon (160g)
- 🥬 1/4 head cabbage
- 🍄 1 pack shimeji mushrooms (100g)
- 🥔 1 potato (150g)
- 💧 600cc water
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Seasoning
- 🥛 3 tbsp unsweetened yogurt
- 3 tbsp miso
Garnish
- 🌿 Pinch of dried parsley
步驟
Mix the seasoning ingredients (yogurt and miso) in a bowl until well combined.
Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces and coat them thoroughly with the seasoning mixture.
Prepare the vegetables: cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces, separate the shimeji mushrooms into small clusters, and slice the potato into 1.5cm pieces. Soak the potato in water for 5 minutes and drain.
Layer the potato, cabbage, and mushrooms in a pot, then place the seasoned salmon on top.
Add water and butter to the pot, cover with a lid, and bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce to low heat and simmer for 15 minutes until the ingredients are cooked through.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, and garnish with dried parsley before serving.
