- 🐟 220g filleted sanma (2 fish)
- 4 shiso leaves
- 2 umeboshi (pickled plums)
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- Enough salad oil for frying
Side
- 70g mizuna greens
步驟

Prepare the sanma by filleting and cutting into bite-sized pieces.

Spread shiso leaves and finely chop umeboshi. Place them on top of the sanma pieces.

Sprinkle a pinch of salt on the fish and lightly coat with potato starch.

Heat salad oil in a pan and fry the sanma pieces until golden brown.

Serve the fried sanma with mizuna greens as a side.
