- 🍗 2 pieces chicken breast (100g)
Vegetables
- 🌿 40g cilantro
- 🧅 1/2 green onion
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 🌰 1 tsp sesame seeds
步驟
Cut cilantro into 3–4 cm pieces. Slice green onion into thin strips and soak in water to remove bitterness. Drain well.
Place chicken breast in a microwave-safe container, sprinkle with sake, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Let cool slightly and shred by hand.
Mix all seasoning ingredients in a bowl. Add shredded chicken, cilantro, and green onion, then toss to combine.
